We happily offer Free Returns for Store Credit on all our full priced items, apart from protective wear, unworn and within 14 days of delivery, Australia wide.

If you've bought your item on sale, or an item from our protective wear range, we're unable to offer you a store credit unless the item is faulty. If this is the case, please email email@example.com asap.
If you live outside Australia, we're unable to offer you a Free Return, but feel free to email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll reply with your nearest return address, closely followed by a Store Credit if applicable.
If we've customised a garment for you, we're unable to offer you a Store Credit - though you should have been notified of this upon your request.
