Free Returns for Store Credit Policy

 

We happily offer Free Returns for Store Credit within Australia on all our full priced items, unworn and within 14 days of delivery, Australia wide.

If you live outside Australia,we're unable to offer you a Free Return, but feel free to email hello@natashagan.com.au and we'll reply with your nearest return address, closely followed by a Store Credit if applicable.

If you've bought your item on sale, we can offer you a Store Credit or a size exchange. If this is the case, please email hello@natashagan.com.au asap.

If you're bought your item on the warehouse sale, we're unable to offer you a Store Credit unless the item is faulty. If this is the case, please email hello@natashagan.com.au asap.

If we've customised a garment for you, we're unable to offer you a Store Credit - though you should have been notified of this upon your request.
