If you've bought your item on sale, we're unable to offer you a store credit unless the item is faulty. If this is the case, please email firstname.lastname@example.org asap.
If you live outside Australia, we're unable to offer you a Free Return, but feel free to email email@example.com and we'll reply with your nearest return address, closely followed by a Store Credit.
If we've customised a garment for you, we're unable to offer you a Store Credit unless the item is faulty - though you should have been notified of this upon your request.
